Contact IDs come from get_my_contacts (or the contactId of an already saved search_contacts result); list IDs from get_lists or create_list. Returns the contacts that changed plus skippedContactIds for any that did not — check it before reporting success. To file contacts into a list as part of researching them, pass listIds to research_contacts instead.
